Real Change MCR is run, managed and the funds allocated by a panel of volunteers. The panel includes representatives from homeless organisations, people with lived experience of homelessness, and representatives from the Council, businesses and local organisations.
MACC carries out the administrative tasks for Real Change MCR.
Real Change MCR is part of the Manchester Homelessness Charter.
