Lucy’s Pantry is a community-led food membership service based in Walsall. A project of Bluuprint Communities CIC, it offers affordable access to fresh and packaged food in a welcoming, shop-style setting, with no judgement and no referral required.
People can become a member by paying a small annual fee, then visit during opening hours to choose the food they need. The pantry is designed to feel like a regular shop, giving people choice and dignity.
Alongside affordable food, Lucy’s Pantry also offers opportunities to connect through various events, cooking sessions, growing projects and skill-sharing activities. The focus is on building community as well as meeting practical needs.

Lucy’s Pantry offers a weekly Warm Space at their Coffee Morning in Walsall. It’s a relaxed, welcoming drop-in where people can come in from the cold, enjoy a hot drink and spend time with others.
The space is open to everyone, with no referral or booking needed. People can simply drop in during the session.
Alongside tea and coffee, there’s the chance to chat, reduce isolation and connect with a friendly community environment. If someone needs further support, staff and volunteers can help signpost to other local services.
