Training

Call before attending
Coventry Haven Women’s Aid offers comprehensive training and awareness programs for professionals and community members to deepen understanding of domestic abuse, including topics like forced marriage, honour-based abuse, and female genital mutilation (FGM). Their sessions cover recognizing signs of abuse, understanding its impact, and providing safe, sensitive support. They also offer age-appropriate education for children and young people.

Additionally, the 'One Step Forward' course is a free, six-week online program designed for survivors, providing a safe space to explore the effects of abuse and pathways to recovery.

Please call 02476 444 077 or email info@coventryhaven.co.uk to register for your free place on the course; please note there may be a waiting list for the course, due to how popular and effective it has been.
